摘 要:目的研究孕妇在妊娠早期服用叶酸前后红细胞与血浆中的叶酸浓度差异。方法对我院收治的168例行检查的孕妇的叶酸水平进行测定评价。对服用叶酸不同时间的孕妇红细胞和血浆叶酸浓度进行对比。结果服用叶酸31-60d的孕妇血浆和红细胞叶酸浓度显著高于服用叶酸〈30d的孕妇(P〈0.05);服用61~90d的孕妇血浆叶酸浓度和31~60d组无显著差异(P〉0.05),但红细胞叶酸浓度显著高于6l~90d组(P〈0.05)。结论妊娠早期补充叶酸对孕妇的血浆以及红细胞叶酸水平有很大提升,有利于新生儿的健康。Objective To investigate the differences of folic acid concentrations in erythrocytes and plasma for pregnant women before and after taking folic acid at the first trimester of pregnancy. Methods Concentrations of folic acid of 168 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital and received routine check were measured and evaluated, Concentrations of folic acid in erythrocytes and plasma for pregnant women taking it at different periods of time were compared. Results The concentration of folic acid in plasma and erythrocytes for pregnant women taking it for 31 to 60 days was significantly higher than that for those taking it for less than 30 days (P〈0.05); Its concentration in plasma for pregnant women taking it for 61 to 90 days was not significantly different from the 31 to 60 days (P〉0.05), but its con- centration in erythrocytes was significantly higher than that 61 to 90 days group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Supplementation of folic acid at the first trimester of pregnancy helps significantly improve the level of folio acid in pregnant women's plasma and erythrocytes, which is beneficial to newborns' health.
