桂枝加葛根汤对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血清一氧化氮与内皮素水平的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝加葛根汤对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血清一氧化氮(NO)与内皮素(ET)水平的影响及疗效观察。方法将82例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均常规予颈椎牵引治疗。观察组患者在此基础上加用桂枝加葛根汤加减口服,1剂/d,连用14 d。观察并比较两组治疗前后血清NO和ET水平的变化,并进行临床疗效分析。结果治疗14 d后,两组患者血清NO水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清ET水平较治疗前均明显上升,且观察组的下降或上升值均较对照组变化更明显(P<0.05);且观察组的临床总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组的75.61%(χ2=4.48,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论桂枝加葛根汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有较好疗效,安全性较好,作用与其能降低血清NO水平、升高血清ET水平、保护与调节患者血管内皮功能紊乱密切相关。Objective To discuss influence and curative effect observation of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction Added with Puerariae on serum nitric oxide （NO） and endothelin （ET） levels of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given cervical traction. The patients in observation group were additionally given Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction Added with Puerariae though the mouth by ad dition and subtraction, one dose daily for 14 days. The changs of serum NO and ET levels of patients in two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effect analysis was carried on as well. Results After 14 days medical treatment,serum NO levels of patients in two groups were obviously declined than before （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,while ET level were obviously rose, and the declining or rising rate in observation group were much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was 92.68%, which was much higher than that in control group （75.61%）（x2 =4.48 ,P〈0.05）. There weren＇t obviously ad verse drug reactions during treatment in two groups. Conclusion Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction Added with Puerariae has reliable curative effect and safety on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum NO level, rising serum ET level,and protecting and adjusting vascular endothelial dys function.
