摘　　要：目的:建立国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目信息系统,实现孕前优生家庭档案的数字化管理。方法:根据国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目试点工作技术服务规范,结合具体业务流程,制定国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目信息系统规范性文件。采用基于J2EE的企业级架构设计,遵循软件工程的相关技术标准和规范,进行信息系统软件的开发和部署。结果:建立以设备层、数据层、应用层和表现层为构架的国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目信息系统,并进行示范应用。结论:国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目信息系统在示范应用中,体现了操作简便,功能实用,技术架构先进,安全机制严密等特性,可以满足国家、省、市、县、乡(镇)各级服务机构的不同业务需要。Objective.. To establish an information system for national free preconception health examination project to accomplish the digital file management for the couple preparing to be pregnant. Methods： According to the guideline of national free preconception health examination project and the real workflow, series of standard documents were crea ted. The information system was developed and deployed according to the J2EE-based enterprise-level architecture de sign and relevant technical standards of software engineering. Results： Information system for free preconception health examination was set up and applied according to the structure based on equipment, data, application and presentation. Conclusion.. The system could fit for the different needs among the national / provincial / municipal / county / township level users, and shows the characteristics of easy-to-use, practical, advantage of the structure and security mechanism in the demonstration.
