摘　　要：医院信息化作为一种技术手段,是用现代管理模式取代传统管理模式,其实质是实现医院管理目标的载体。介绍了医院信息化建设的总体思路及管理目标,通过集成平台建设、六级病历研发、远程医学探索、绩效体系改革等多体系建设,实现"医疗行为全程可及、可视、可控,员工行为可视、可量化",从而确保医疗安全,提升医院综合实力,促进医院可持续发展。Hospital information technology as a means to replace the traditional management model with modern management model, and its essence is to achieve carrier hospital management goals. This paper introduces the general idea of the construction of hospital informatization and management goal. Through multi-system information construction, implementation ＂Medical practices throughout the Accessible, Visible and Controllable; Employee behavior Visible, Quantifiable＂ and ensure medical safety, raise the overall strength of hospital, promoting the sustainable development of hospital.
