摘　　要：随着计算机技术的快速发展,医院各信息系统的建设也进展迅速。基于此提出一种基于数据平台、异构系统环境下的医疗信息系统数据整合交换方法,实现各系统间的紧耦合变为松耦合的互联关系。首先探讨医院信息系统进行集成的现状,然后提出了医院建设集成平台的总体架构及技术规范,最后从临床需求出发,介绍了建设信息系统集成平台的七个方向。提出的医院信息集成平台方案,为三甲医院的信息化建设之路提供发展思路。With the rapid development of computer technology, various hospital information system is also developing fast. This paper brings a way to integrate data among different medical information systems, which based on the heterogeneous system environment. Then the tight coupling between systems becomes the loosely interconnected relationships. This paper firstly discusses the situation of integration among hospital information system, and then proposed the architecture and technical specifications to construct an integrated platfoml in hospital, and finally from the aspect of clinical, seven parts are proposed for the construction of information system integration platform, Overall, the paper discusses the construction of hospital information integration ptatfoml, and provides development ideas in the field ofintbrmation construction for third-grade class-A hospital.
