摘　　要：目的：评价应用一种新的造盖方法治疗儿童先天性髋关节的疗效．方法：将臼窝上缘造一弧形骨槽，嵌入３块～4块楔形骨块治疗１８５例（２３７髋）先天性髋关节脱位患儿．术后双下肢改良贝氏石膏固定４周～６周．结果：经过１年～８年的随访观察，疗效满意，优良率９４％．结论：该术式既缩小了髋臼指数，又增加了对股骨头的同心包容，也避免了用一块骨块平行造盖对股骨头的点状持重所致的骨性关节炎和做Ｓａｌｔｅｒ手术再次拔针的病苦．该术式对患儿侵袭小、出血少．术后功能亦好．To evaluate the result of a new shelf operation in treating congenital dislocation of hip joint in children. Methods: 183 cases (237 hip) of CDH in children were included in this study. The acetabular roof along with its rim was incised and 3 or 4 pieces of wedge shaped autograft were embedded. The lower limbs were immobilized with ameliorate Better's plaster for 4 to 6 weeks. Results: A 1-8 year follow-up showed a satisfying result and 88% of patients was graded excellent and good. Conclusions: This new operation could not only reduce the acetabular index, but also amplify the concentric compatibility between the head of femur and the acetabulum. It could avoid the incidence of the osseous arthritis resulting from point support and the suffering from needle extraction after Salter's operation. This new operation might have less intrusion, less bleeding and better functions obtained compared with others.
