摘  要:探讨单纱强力的控制和预测方法。阐述了单纱强力与纤维强力的关系、单纤维强力利用系数的计算方法、实际生产中影响成纱强力及不匀率的诸多因素以及控制措施。对多个纺纱品种的单纤维强力利用系数进行了计算,并利用该系数进行了成纱强力预测,收到了较好的效果。认为:单纱强力的控制是一个系统工程,应在原料选配和各个工序生产过程中,采取一系列工艺技术措施,才能收到较好的效果。根据单纤维强力利用系数预测成纱强力,应注意结合企业设备性能、工艺配置、温湿度和操作状况进行综合分析,从而提高成纱强力预测的准确性。Control and prediction of single yarn strength were discussed. A series of problems were introduced, such as relationship between single yarn strength and fiber strength, calculation method of single fiber strength utilization factor,control measures and factors of effecting yarn strength and unevenness. Single fiber strength utilization factor of several products were calculated. Yarn strength was predicted through using the utilization factor, the better effect can be got. It is considered that single yarn strength control is a system engineering,the better effect can be got through adopting a series of technology measures in each process and selecting raw material. Accuracy of yarn strength prediction can be increased according to single fiber strength utilization factor to predict yarn strength, while equipment performance, processing parameter selection, temperature & humidity, operations should be analyzed comprehensively.
