摘 要:探讨降低JC14.5 tex纱条干CV值的技术措施。应用系统纺纱工艺原理,对原料选配及纺纱各工序采取一系列工艺技术措施,并运用正交试验对细纱关键工艺参数进行了优选,结果表明:JC 14.5 tex条干CV降低了1.7个百分点,达到了2013乌斯特公报5%水平。认为:运用系统纺纱工艺,从原料控制及纺纱全过程入手,全面采取工艺技术措施是提高成纱质量的一条有效技术途径。Technology measures of reducing JC 14.5 tex yarn evenness value were discussed. System spinning process principle was used, a series of technology measures were adopted in each process, raw material was selected. Key processing parameters in spinning process were optimized by orthogonal test. The result shows that evenness CV values of JC 14.5 tex yarn can be reduced 1.7 percentage points, the index can be reached 2013 Uster Statistics 5% level. It is considered that it is one effective method of improving yarn quality,i, e. using system spinning process principle and a- dopting related technology measures from raw material control to the whole spinning process.
