摘 要:探讨阻燃腈纶纤维的可纺性。测试分析了阻燃腈纶纤维的形态结构、组成和热性能,并对阻燃腈纶纤维和普通腈纶纤维的强伸性能、卷曲、摩擦、回潮率、质量比电阻进行了对比。结果表明:阻燃腈纶纤维表面比较光滑,截面近似圆形,与普通腈纶纤维相似;除C-Cl伸缩振动吸收峰外,其余特征吸收谱带与普通腈纶纤维相近;纺织和染整加工温度不能超过180℃;强伸性能和卷曲性能可以满足纺纱需要,但摩擦因数较大、回潮率低、质量比电阻高。认为:阻燃腈纶纤维可纺性较差,可通过上油、混纺、优选纺纱器材和适当提高车间相对湿度等方式改善其可纺性。Spinnability of flame-retardant acrylic fiber was discussed. Morphological structure, composition and thermal properties of flame-retardant acrylic fiber were tested. The strength & elongation, crimpness, friction, moisture regain, mass ratio resistance of flame-retardant acrylic fiber and ordinary acrylic fiber were compared. The resuh shows that surface of flame-retardant acrylic fiber is smooth, the cross-section is nearly circular and similar to the ordinary a- crylic fiber. The other characteristic absorption bands are similar to ordinary acrylic fiber except C-C1 stretching vibration absorption peak. Temperature of textile, dyeing and finishing is not above 180 ~C. The tensile property and crimp prop- erty are suited to spin, but it has the larger friction factor, lower moisture regain and higher quality specific resistance. It is considered that spinnability of flame-retardant acrylic fiber is worse, it can be improved by applying oil, blending, optimizing spinning accessories, enhancing relative humidity, etc..
