摘  要:探讨使用JWF1209型梳棉机纺18.5tex转杯纱的实践。介绍了JWF1209型梳棉机的技术特点及工艺适应性。采用76%国产3级棉和24%落棉提净棉的配棉方案,通过合理配置工艺流程与各工序工艺,采取有效技术措施,在JWF1209型宽幅梳棉机产量达到108kg/h时,生产的18.5tex转杯纱各项成纱指标可达到2013鸟斯特公报5%-50%水平。指出:JWF1209型梳棉机工艺梳理弧长2760mm,主梳理区面积是传统梳棉机的1.7倍,配置JWF9503型预牵伸的圈条器,采用三位一体的新型自调匀整器控制,可大大提高梳棉机的质量和产量。对于纺纱混和要求不高的转杯纺、化纤等品种可以省去一道并条,简化工艺,节省占地面积,缩短流程。Practice of spinning 18.5 tex rotor yarn on JWF1209 carding machine was discussed. The technology characteristic and processing adaptability of JWF1209 carding machine were described. Cotton assorting scheme of 76% domestic three-grade cotton and 24% reusable cotton waste was adopted. Through rational process routes, each process technology and effective technology measures in condition of JWF1209 carding machine output is 108 kg/h, indexes of 18.5 tex rotor yam reach the 2013 Uster statistics 5% ~50 % level. The result shows that process comb arc length of JWF1209 carding machine is 2 760 mm, the main carding area is 1,7 times than that of traditional carding machine, the quality and output of carding machine can greatly improved by configuring JWF9503 pre-draft coiler and using the trinity new autoleveller. For lower demand blended rotor yam, chemical fiber yams and other varieties, one drawing process ean be simplified, floor space can be saved and the process can be shorten.
