摘  要:以某相机外壳为例,利用Moldflow软件进行有限元网格划分,建立冷却系统和流道。选取模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、注射压力和冷却时间这5个工艺参数为研究对象,以相机外壳的缩痕指数、体积收缩率和最大变形量为指标,利用正交试验建立L16正交试验表,同时通过信噪比、极差分析和方差分析,得到各个因素的权重以及最优的工艺参数组合,最后对该工艺参数优化组合进行了模拟验证。Taking a camera case as an example, using Moldflow software for finite element mesh division, establishment the cooling system and the flow channel. In order to get the shrink mark, shrinkage and warpage of the product, the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, injection pressure and cooling time were chosen as the objects of research. The L^6 orthogonal tables was established using orthogonal experiment, then get the optimum levels and indicate the impact of the process parameters on shrink mark, shrinkage and warpage by using the signal to noise ratio (S/N), the range analysis and the analysis of variance. Finally simulation band verification of the optimized combination was carried on.
