摘 要:目的探讨孕妇血清IgG亚类检测对新生儿溶血疾病(HDN)早期诊断的临床价值。方法选取我院于2012年9月至2013年9月收治62例血型不合、0型RhD(+)孕妇及其新生儿血样作为研究对象,采用试管法测定血型的IgG抗体特异性,并采用ELISA法进行血清IgG亚类的定量检测。结果HDN(+)新生儿及其母亲的IgG1水平明显高于HDN(-)新生儿及其母亲,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但IgG2、IgG3及IgG4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对孕妇血清IgG亚类的监测,能准确地预报出HDN的发生,对HDN的早期临床诊断具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum IgG subclass test of pregnant women in hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN). Methods 62 cases of patients with blood group incompatibility, blood type O RhD( + ) and newborn blood samples were selected as the research objects. Test tube method was used to measure the immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody specificity, the ELISA method was used to measure the serum IgG subclass. Results The levels of IgG1 in HDN(+) neonatal and their mothers were higher than those in HDN(- ) neonatal and their mothers (P 〈 0.05); there was no significant difference found in the levels of IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The test to serum IgG subclass of pregnant women can precisely forecast HDN incidence, and it has important significance in clinical diagnosis.
