爱诺华联合糖皮质激素治疗63例大量蛋白尿型IgA肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察爱诺华联合糖皮质激素对大量蛋白尿型IgA肾病的治疗效果。方法将63例大量蛋白尿型IgA肾病患者分成研究组33例和对照组30例。所有患者都给予糖皮质激素行常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予爱诺华进行治疗。对比两组治疗前、后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮以及不良反应情况。结果两组治疗前的24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮差别不明显,治疗后研究组各指标值均低于对照组。两组不良反应总发生率差别也不明显。结论爱诺华与糖皮质激素联合对大量蛋白尿型IgA肾病的临床疗效令人满意。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Arava combined with corticosteroid on proteinuria in IgA N. Methods 63 cases of massive proteinuria of IgA N patients were divided into 33 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group were treated with common treatment of glucocorticoid. The study group were treated with Arava combined with glucocorticoid. 24 h urinary protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and adverse reaction were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no significant effect in 24 h urinary protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen in the two groups. Each index was lower in the study group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusion Arava combined with glucocorticoid has satisfied efficacy on massive patients with proteinuria of IgA N.
