摘 要:船舶艏向发送器是通过磁场强度传感器将磁罗经的指针航向转换为数字化的船舶艏向电信号,传送给如雷达或电子海图仪等显示设备,实现航行信息的数字化集中显示,提高航行安全性。设计中使用了高性能的模拟混合信号集成电路C8051F350,通过芯片内部的运算放大器对磁阻传感器输出的微小磁场电压信号进行放大,再经过24位的AD变换器,转变为数字化的磁场强度数据,从而计算出磁罗经指针的航向角并通过串口发送给显示设备。船舶艏向发送器产品经测试,输出的艏向数据稳定可靠,显示分辨率为0.1度,并具有LED数码管直接显示、输出波特率可调、信息输出速率可调、安装位置误差可调等功能优点。Ship’s transmitting heading devices convert magnetic compass pointer course into digital ship heading electrical signal through magnetic field intensity sensor. Then, transmit to display devices as radar or electronic chart instrument, to realize sailing information digital display, to improve security in sailing. High performance analog mixed-signal integrated circuit C8051F350 is used in the design, it amplify tiny magnetic field voltage signal which exported from magnetic sensors through computing amplifier of chip internal, and then, pass through 24 bits AD convertor, turned into digital magnetic field intensity data, thus, worked out the course angle of magnetic compass pointer and transmitted to the display device through serial port. The data output from the ship’s transmitting heading devices is reliable through test, display resolution is 0.1 degree, and with LED digital tube display directly, with output baud rate adjustable, with message output rate adjustable, with mount position error adjustable advantage.
