摘　　要：期刊在图书馆文献资源建设中占有极其重要的地位,期刊馆员应当与时俱进完善自身的知识结构,以便适应数字时代期刊管理工作的要求,期刊馆员的知识结构是职业素养的一项重要指标。文章通过调研南京地区高校图书馆期刊馆员对知识结构的认知情况,分析期刊馆员知识结构构建中存在的问题,探索出一种较为全面的知识结构体系和期刊馆员完善知识结构的方法,为期刊馆员知识结构的合理塑造提供了一些对策思路,我们同时应当明确期刊馆员知识结构的完善是一个循序渐进的探索过程,不能一蹴而就。Journal occupies an extremely important position in the building of the library literature resources, periodical librarian should improve their knowledge structure with the times, in order to meet the requirements of periodical management in digital times. Periodical librarians＇ knowledge structure is an important indicator of professional quality. By researching the periodical librarians＇ cognitive situation about knowledge structure, and analyze the problems which are existing in the periodical librarians＇ knowledge structure building, at the same time explore a more comprehensive system of knowledge structure, so we also could provide reasonable countermeasures for the periodical librarians＇ knowledge structure. At the same time, we should clear that the improvement of periodical librarians＇ knowledge structure is a gradual process, we could not accomplish at one stroke.
