摘　　要：协商质量的指标化是协商质量的测量工具。斯蒂伯格基于哈贝马斯的商谈伦理设计了第一代商谈质量指标,该指标在"具体指标""测量要素充分性""适用性"以及"可靠性"等方面引起了各方的讨论,在此基础上,研究者又相继发展出了编码方案、主体间理性指标和第二代商谈质量指标。Indexization of deliberative quality is a method for deliberation measuring .Marco R Steenbergen and his fellows designed the Discourse Quality Index 1.0 based on Habermas＇s discourse ethics , which aroused a lot of de-bates around the DQI1.0, including the doubt about the credibility of detail indexes , sufficiency, applicability and reliability of DQI1.0 in whole.As a result, researchers developed coding scheme for measuring deliberation＇s con-tent, intersubjective rationality index and DQI 2.0 as a supplement for DQI1.0.
