摘　　要：应用正交实验方法确定塑料插孔板注射成型实验方案,得出不同方案的实验结果,并对成型过程进行分析,从而得到该制件注射成型的合理工艺参数。采用正交实验方法进行实验减少了实验重复性、盲目性,从典型方案中得出规律,节省了实验时间,对生产有一定的指导意义。The orthogonal experiment plans of injection molding process of plastic socket were determined.Different experiment results were gotten.The injection molding process was analyzed,so reasonable technological parameters were obtained.Using orthogo-nal experimental method,experiment repetitiveness and blindness are reduced,experiment time is saved.It has some significance for real production.
