摘　　要：针对当前汽车玻璃升降器检测系统多采用模拟车门进行性能试验,其试验结果脱离实际使用工况的现状,设计一种使用实车门进行性能试验的试验台,并提供了各试验项目的具体实现措施及其结构,使试验结果更加准确,操作更加方便。In current automotive glass lifter detection system,simulation vehicle door is usually used to make performance test, the test results deviate away from actual working status.To overcome the problem,a performance test bench using real vehicle door was designed for door glass liter,and the specific implementation measures and structure of all the test projects were provided.So the test results are more accurate and operation is more convenient.
