摘 要:目的制备烧伤愈合膏新剂型水凝胶,并建立水凝胶指纹图谱。方法提取烧伤愈合膏处方成分,利用黄蓍树胶粉制备成水凝胶,并采用Genimi-C18柱,以乙腈-0.01 moL·L-1乙酸铵溶液为流动相,检测波长:345 nm,对10批水凝胶样品溶液进行洗脱,建立指纹图谱。结果制备的水凝胶效果较好,建立了同一色谱条件下水凝胶的指纹图谱,且10批水凝胶的相似度均>0.959 2。利用对照品比对出其中两个峰:盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀。结论制备的水凝胶在颜色、质地、气味、涂抹舒适度等方面均优于烧伤愈合膏,建立的水凝胶指纹图谱相似度高,适用于其质量控制。Objective To prepare the new hydrogel of burn healing cream( SSYHG ) and establish its fingerprint. Methods The components of SSYEG were extracted, and mixed with gum tragacanth power. HPLC gradient ion was applied for thefingerprinting of the hydrogel. The Genimi-C18 column was used, acetonitrile(A)-0.01 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate (B)was used asmobile phases, and the detection wavelength was set at 345 nm. Ten baches of hydrogels were tested for setting up the fingerprints. Results The hydrogel was producded and the fingerprints were established under the same condition. The similarity of ten bat-ches of hydrogel samples were above 0.959 2. Two peaks corresponding to berberine hydrochloride and palmatine chloride were de-termined compared with the controls. Conclusion The hydrogel is superior to SSYHG in color, odor, property and distribution.The established HPLC fingerprints show high similarity,which is suitable for quality control of SSYHG.
