摘　　要：设计了一条合成新型 β2 肾上腺素能受体激动剂福莫特罗的新路线 ,该路线较文献路线简捷方便 ,且后处理简单 ,由原料 1 (4 苄氧基 3 硝基苯基 ) 2 溴乙酮出发 ,总收率为 13 4% .适于实验室制备和工业化生产 .A new route of synthesis of β 2 adrenoceptor agonist formoterol was designed.Compared with the method reported in literature,the new synthetic procedure was simpler and easier to treat and may be applied to the laboratory preparation and industrial production.
