摘　　要：通过中医理论及现代医学对耳穴贴压认识的阐述,结合笔者的临床体会,探讨耳穴贴压治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的作用机制。根据紫癜分型,因人因症,优化耳穴贴压的治病穴位治疗小儿过敏性紫癜,标本兼顾,整体调节。By expounding the theory of TCM and modern medicine understanding of auricular acupuncture and combination with the author’s clinical experience, to study the efficacy mechanism analysis of auricular acupuncture on treating pediatric allergic purpura in children. According to the parting of the purpura, with people and disease, optimize the acupoint of the auricular acupuncture, to treat allergic purpura in children, both the incidental and fundamental, adjusting the overall.
