中西医结合治疗急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月～2012年12月179例急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎患者,将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者予以纯西医治疗,研究组患者应用中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组和对照组相比较,患者在住院天数、并发症率、死亡率均有显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗疗急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎,效果更为明显,有较高临床推广价值。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of integrative medicine on acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis （AOSC）. Methods： Our hospital in January 2009 to December 2012, 179 cases of AOSC, were divided into study group and control group, the control group accepted pure modern medicine, the study group was given integrative medicine therapy, treatment effects were observed. Results：Compare the two groups, the hospital stay, complication rate and mortality rate were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine treatment of AOSC, the effect is more obvious, there is a high clinical value.
