外用养阴通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变50例

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴通络方对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法:选取50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分成治疗组(25例)与观察组(25例),治疗组在观察组常规西医治疗基础上加用"养阴通络方"中药足浴,治疗8周,记录治疗前后患者症状积分及神经传导速度变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:"养阴通络方"对于糖尿病周围神经病变有良好疗效。Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Yangyin Tongluo recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：50 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treated group （25 cases） and observation group （25 cases）, the treated group on the basis of conventional modern medicine in the observation group was given Yangyin Tongluo recipe TCM footbath. 8 weeks treatment and to record symptom scores and nerve conduction velocity changes before and after treatment. Results：The treated group was better than the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yangyin Tongluo recipe for diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a good effect.
