自拟解毒四黄液外敷治疗耐药菌感染创面9例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟解毒四黄液中药外敷治疗外科耐药菌感染创面的临床疗效。方法:对9例外科创面耐药菌感染患者予以自拟自拟解毒四黄液(大黄、黄连、黄岑、黄柏、五味子等药物)外敷治疗,2周为1个疗程。结果:临床痊愈3例,显效4例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率为88.89%。结论:自拟解毒四黄液中药外敷治疗外科创面耐药菌感染疗效满意。Objective：To observe the effect of Jiedu Sihuang drink external application on resistant bacteria wound infection. Methods：9 patients with resistant bacteria wound infection were treated with self-made Jiedu Sihuang drink （Rhubarb, Berberine, Scutellaria, Phellodendron, Schisandra and other medicines） external application, 2 weeks for 1 courses. Results：3 cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 cases, invalid in 1 cases, the total efficiency was 88.89%. Conclusion： The self-made TCM Jiedu Sihuang drink external application has a satisfactory effect on treating surgical resistant bacteria wound infection.
