中药熏蒸法配合针刺内关穴治疗妊娠恶阻30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸法配合针刺内关穴治疗妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例为西医补液对症治疗以及中药熏蒸法配合针刺内关穴,对照组30例为单纯西医补液对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率76.66%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论:妊娠恶阻采用西医对症补液治疗以及中药熏蒸法配合针刺内关穴治疗效果显著,孕妇易接受,可以提高临床疗效。Objection：To observation the clinical effects on treating hyperemesis gravidarum by TCM fumigation combined with acupuncture of Neiguan. Methods：30 cases in the treated group was treated by TCM fumigation combined with acupuncture of Neiguan, 30 cases in the control group was treated by modern medicine rehydration. Results： Treated group total effectiveness 90%, the control group total effectiveness 76.66%, the effective rate of the treated group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion：Treating hyperemesis gravidarum by TCM fumigation combined with acupuncture of Neiguan, the pregnant women, easy to accept, can improve the clinical efficacy.
