摘  要:为了探讨发酵床不同垫料对猪生长、组织器官及血液相关指标的影响,选择90头体质状况良好和体质量相近的60日龄苏钟猪(阉割)作为试验动物,随机分为3组:木屑发酵床组、酒糟发酵床组、传统水冲圈饲养组(对照),试验期90 d。结果显示:1)木屑发酵床组、酒糟发酵床组猪试验末体质量、总增质量、平均日增质量和心脏质量均显著高于对照(P<0.05)。2)育肥前期(试验第45 d)酒糟发酵床组猪血清中总蛋白质浓度显著高于木屑发酵床组和传统水冲圈饲养组;育肥后期(试验第90 d),酒糟发酵床组猪血清中总蛋白质浓度显著高于木屑组(P<0.05)。3)育肥前期,酒糟发酵床组猪血清中生长激素(GH)和三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)均显著高于对照(P<0.05),木屑发酵床组和酒糟发酵床组猪血清中乙酰胆碱(Ach)浓度均显著高于对照(P<0.05),酒糟发酵床组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度显著高于木屑发酵床组(P<0.05)。表明,发酵床养殖(酒糟发酵床组和木屑发酵床组)可显著提高猪的生长性能,有利于猪心脏发育;另外,发酵床养殖可促进激素(T3)、情绪物质(Ach和5-HT)的分泌,增强猪免疫机能。To investigate the effects of different litters in bio-bed system on growth, organs and serum related indica-tors of pigs, ninety 60-d asexualized Suzhong pigs were randomly divided into three groups, sawdust bio-bed group, vinassebio-bed group, and conventional water feeding group(control), and the trial lasted 90 d. The final weight, total weightgain, average daily weight gain and heart weight of pigs in sawdust bio-bed group and vinasse bio-bed group were higherthan those of control (P〈0.05). In early fatting stage (fatting for 45 d), the concentration of serum total protein (TP) ofpigs in vinasse bio-bed group and sawdust bio-bed group was higher than those in other two groups (P〈0.05). In late fat-ting stage (fatting for 90 d), the concentrations of serum total protein (TP) of pigs in vinasse bio-bed group was higherthan that in sawdust bio-bed group (P〈0.05). In earlyfatting stage, the serum growth hormone ( GH ) andtriiodothryonine(T3 ) concentrations of pigs in vinasse bio-bed group were higher than those of control (P〈0.05),the serum acetyl choline(Ach) concentrations of pigs insawdust bio-bed group and vinasse bio-bed group were higher than those of control (P〈0.05), and the concentration of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in vinasse bio-bedgroup was higher than that in sawdust bio-bed group (P〈0.05). In summary, the bio-bed system (sawdust and vinassegroup) could significantly improve the growth performance of pigs, help heart development and boost immune system.
