不同套袋处理对美人指葡萄果实生长的影响

摘　　要：以葡萄品种美人指为材料,分析了5种不同类型果袋内微环境的温、湿度变化规律及其对果实内在品质及日灼病发生的影响。结果表明,套袋对果实的单果质量和大小影响不显著。在所有处理中,套黑色果袋的果实糖酸比最低,套无纺布袋的果实糖酸比最高。对于果实的日灼现象,黑色果袋和牛皮伞袋有很好的防治效果,无纺布袋及塑料袋效果最差。黑色果袋去袋后,果皮迅速着色,糖酸比升高,果实快速成熟,去袋后2 d果皮中VvmybA1基因表达量迅速升高,然后随时间推移逐步下降。综合比较,对于易发生日灼现象的美人指葡萄,应采用黑色纸袋套袋,并且结合合理的去袋时间,在避免日灼现象的同时,使果品内在品质不受较大影响。The changes of temperature and humidity in the micro environment of Manicure finger grape bagged with 5different types of bags were analyzed, and the impact of bagging on the inner quality of fruits and the incidence of sunscaldwere invesitgated. The results showed that types of bag had insignificant impact on the size and weight of a single fruit. Ofall the treatments, fruits in black bags showed the lowest sugar-acid ratio, and in non-woven bags had the lowest. Blackbags and umbrella bags protected the grapes from sunscald while non-woven bags and plastic bags did not. After black bagsremoving, the peel colored rapidly, the sugar-acid ratio rose, and the fruits ripened. In a short time （2 d） after black bagsremoving, the expression level of VvmybA1 gene in the peel climbed rapidly, and then dropped gradually with time. For Manicure finger which is prone to sunscald, black bags and resonable bag removing time should be used together to avoidsunscald reach high inner quality.
