摘 要:目的 :比较应用回路内麻醉气体吸附器和常规大流量新鲜气体冲洗法对全麻病人苏醒时间、气道压力、血气等生理状况的影响。方法 :根据病人苏醒时是否使用吸附器将其分为吸附器组 (氧流量为 1L·min-1)和对照组。对照组分别按氧流量 1、2、4、6L·min-1再各分几个亚组。在苏醒过程中测定并记录病人的pH、PaCO2 、呼气末二氧化碳分压 (PetCO2 )及气道压力。结果 :应用回路内麻醉气体吸附器 ,无需改变新鲜气体流量 ,同样可达到大流量新鲜气体冲洗法的苏醒效果 ,而且对病人的pH、PaCO2 、PetCO2 及气道压力无影响。结论 :麻醉气体吸附器是一种安全。Objective A charcoal filter was used in the inspiratory limb without increasing fresh flows and it's effects on recovery time,pH,PaCO 2,P et CO 2 and Paw in patients were compared with those obtained by traditional measure.Methods Twenty five patients were divided into adsorber and control groups.In the control group,only fresh flows of 1?L·min -1 ,2?L·min -1 ,4?L·min -1 and 6?L·min -1 were employed for the washout of inhalational anaesthetic in recovery process. In the adsorber group,a charcoal filter was used in the inspiratory limb without increasing fresh flows and the pH,PaCO 2 and P et CO 2 in all the patients were recorded and compared with those of control group.Results With the fresh flows increasing the recovery time decreased and a high level of pH,and low levels of PaCO 2 and P et CO 2 were found.Adsorber gives the same recovery effect as that obtained by high fresh flows and no physiological changes in pH, PaCO 2,P et CO 2 and Paw were found.Conclusion Charcoal filter is a new during measure,for recovery with its safety and effectiveness.
