摘  要:导电聚苯胺纳米复合热电材料由于具有制备简单、稳定性高、热导率低等特点引起了人们的广泛关注。综述了聚苯胺纳米复合热电材料的研究进展,主要介绍引入无机纳米相(如碳纳米管、石墨烯以及合金等)的本征性质、加入量、分散状态等因素对苯胺的结晶度、有序链结构及其热电性能的影响,并探讨聚苯胺纳米复合材料热电性能的改性机理,并对其今后的发展提出展望。Increasing attention was paid to polyaniline nanocomposites as potential thermoelectric material due to its lightweight,flexible,and easy to process.This article reviewed the recent research progress on the conduc-tive polyaniline nanocomposite thermoelectric materials,and mainly focused on the effects of the intrinsic prop-erties,dispersed states and the doping amount of adding inorganic nano-phases (i.e.carbon nanotubes,gra-phene,alloy ect.)on the degree of crystallinity,orderly chain structure and thermoelectric performance of the polyaniline.The modification mechanisms of thermoelectric performance of the polyaniline nanocomposites were discussed briefly.Finally,the possible strategies to improve thermoelectric performance were proposed.
