摘 要:目的探讨重复性镉金属硫蛋白(CdMT)注射对实验小鼠肾脏的急性损伤作用。方法末次CdMT染毒64h后,观察肝、肾组织中镉、钙以及尿液中钙及总蛋白的变化情况。结果随着染镉剂量的增高,肝及肾皮质中钙含量相应增加,并与染镉剂量成明显的剂量-反应关系,而且进入体内的镉主要蓄积在肾脏中;同时尿钙及原蛋白也随着染镉剂量有增加的趋势。结论重复性CdMT染毒主要引起实验性小鼠肾脏的损害,钙稳态失衡是可能的毒作用机制之一。Objective To explore the acute nephrotoxic impact caused by multiple short-interval injections of cadmium-metallothionein (CdMT) in mice. Methods The urinary excretion of calcium and protein and level of calcium and cadmium in kidney cortex were studied at 64h after the last treatment of CdMT. Results The dose-related increases in the level of calcium and cadmium in kidney cortex were found.The excretion of calcium and proteim in urine also increased with the dose of CdMT. Conclusion The results indicated that nephrotoxic impact could be caused by multiple short-interval CdMT injections for mice, and the disturbances of calcium homeostasis may be one of the possible toxicological mechanisms.
