摘　　要：目的探讨应用T 型钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效.方法2010年2月～2012年5月应用T 型钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折28 例,男21 例,女7 例,年龄23～65 岁,平均39 岁.结果术后随访6～12 个月,平均9个月,术后切口无感染,内固定物无松动,骨折均愈合,肩关节功能良好.功能评定采用Lazzcano标准,优23例,良5例.结论应用T型钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折,操作简便,创伤小,疗效满意,是一种比较理想的治疗方法.Objective To investigate the curative effect of utilizing T steel plate in treating of NeerⅡdistal clavicle fractures.Methods From February 2010 to May 2012, 28 cases of NeerⅡdistal clavicle fractures were treated with T steelplate, male 21 cases, female 7 cases, age 23 to 65 years old, with an average of 39 years. Results The follow-up timeis 6 to 12 months（average 9 months）, the incision had no infection, internal fixation was not cinched, bone fractureswere all healed, joint function was well. Acconding to Lazzcano standard, excellent in 23 cases, good in 5 cases.Conclusion Utilizing Tsteel plate in treating of NeerⅡdistal clavicle fractures is convenient, the trauma is less, curativeeffect is satisfactory, and it is a relatively ideal healing method.
