摘　　要：在研究国内外"智慧城市"发展现状与趋势的基础上,分析了重庆市建设"智慧城市"所具备的基础及已开展的实践,提出了"智慧重庆"建设的目标、任务、总体框架和支撑技术;并提出了"智慧重庆"建设可能存在的主要问题以及解决方案。The paper researched on the building of Intelligent Cities external and domestic, analyzed the base and exploration of Chongqing to build Intelligent City, and promoted the goal, context, whole frame and supporting technologies of Intelligent Chongqing. The possible problems and solutions were considered at the end of the paper.
