摘　　要：分析了海洋划界的法理依据及特点,总结了国内外海洋划界技术的发展及应用现状,提出应当进一步加强多学科联合,充分利用计算机、3S、地图代数等前沿理论和技术开展海洋划界关键技术研究。This paper analyzed the legal foundation and features about the maritime delimitation, and summarized the development and application situation of the maritime delimitation technology at home and abroad. At last, this paper proposed that we should further strengthen the joint multi-subject, and full use of the frontier theories and technologies to conduct the key technology research for the maritime delimitation, such as computers technology, 3S technology and map algebra.
