摘　　要：通过GIS技术、数据库技术和计算机网络技术,建立了环卫空间数据库和基础地理信息数据库,为城市环境卫生系统决策储存了基础设施信息,把现有和规划中的环境卫生设施在地图上直观地表达出来;基于GIS的空间分析等功能,为城市环卫设施规划与建设提供辅助决策与参考,促进环卫管理部门业务管理和信息化水平的提高。In this paper, through the GIS technology, database technology and computer network technology, we studied on establishing sanitation spatial database and basic geographic information database, to storage infrastructure information for the city environmental sanitation system decision, to visually express geographic information of the existing and in the planning sanitation facilities in the map. Based on spatial analysis and other functions of GIS, this system provided assistant decision-making and references for the city's sanitation facilities planning and construction, strived to provide the comprehensive, ef ective, scientii c supports for the city's sanitation management and construction, and promoted rising of business management and the informatization level for the sanitation management departments.
