摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是培养高素质创新型工程科技型人才的重要途径之一,是《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要》的重大改革项目。对测绘工程专业"卓越工程师"人才培养模式进行了初步探讨,对培养测绘工程卓越工程师人才有一定的参考意义。Excellent Engineer Educational Training Program is an important method to cultivate high-quality innovative engineering talents.This is also one of the major reform projects of National Longterm Talent Development Program.This paper discussed the excellent engineer training model in surveying and mapping engineering field, and had a certain reference value in culturing surveying and mapping engineering excellent talented engineers.
