摘  要:火炸药废水由于其成分复杂、毒性大、难降解,且在废水处理过程中存在爆炸、燃烧、化学灼伤等安全风险,已成为倍受关注的安全问题;分析了目前火炸药废水的化学组成及基本特性,阐述了火炸药废水处理过程存在的安全问题及防范措施,并对这一领域中急需解决的关键问题进行了展望,为科研生产人员的在实际生产过程中的应采取的安全防护措施提供科学依据。Security issue appeared in propellant and explosive wastewater treatment processes has been paid intensive attention in recent years, due to its complicated composition, un-degradable character, high toxicity as well as security risks including explosive, combustion and chemical burn. In this paper, chemi- cal composition, basic characteristics of propellant and explosive wastewater were analyzed, and security risks as wall as protective measures in the treatment processes were also elucidated. Finally,the urgently - dissolved problems in these fields are prospected in order to provide scientific basis for protection measures that should be adopted in production processes.
