摘　　要：结合近年来西南地区3次抗震救灾行动后勤物资动员的主要做法,在分析三者共性和区别的基础上,从物资储备体系、物资应急采购、物资输送方式和动员信息系统4个方面,对后勤物资动员的能力建设问题进行了思考和探讨。Combining with the main logistics material mobilization methods of the three earthquake relief operations in Southwest China in the recent years, on the basis of analyzing their commonness and differ- ence, this paper discussed about the question of logistics mobilization ability construction, from the four as- pects of material reserve system of mobilization, material purchasing, material conveying way, mobilize e- mergency information system.
