摘　　要：通过对上海、重庆私营业主政治参与情况的调查,探讨私营业主政治参与的总体特征与主要问题,总结其基本经验并提出积极引导私营业主阶层合法、有序政治参与的政策建议。According to the investigation of private owner class＇ s political participation in Shanghai and Chongqing, the overall characteristic and main problems of it were discussed. We summarized its basic experience and proposed to guide the legal and ordered political participation of private owner class.
