摘　　要：考察了不同的醇及缚酸剂对1,5-二氟-2,4-二硝基苯醚化反应的影响,以实现对含多个卤素基团的苯类化合物醚化的控制。采用异丙醇为醚化试剂时,在较弱的缚酸剂三乙胺作用下可选择性制备出单醚化的二硝基苯,即1-氟-5-异丙氧基-2,4-二硝基苯;在NaOH强缚酸剂作用下,制备得到双醚化的1,5-二异丙氧基-2,4-二硝基苯;采用甲醇作为醚化试剂时,在较强或较弱的缚酸剂作用下均只生成双醚化的二硝基苯。因此可以通过调整缚酸剂和醚化试剂来选择性地制备单醚化或双醚化的产物。In order to monitor the etherification of multiple halogen substituted benzene,the effect of etherifying agent and acid-binding agent on 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene etherification has been well studied.When isopropanol Was used as etherifying agent,the mono-etherified dinitrobenzene,1-fluoro-5-isopropoxy-2,4-dinitrobenze,was able to be obtained by using weak base triethylamine as acid-binding agent.Double-etherified dinitrobenzene,1,5-diisopropoxy-2,4-dinitrobenzene,was prepared in the presence of strong acid-binding agent such as NaOH.When methanol was employed as etherifying agent,1,5-dimethoxy-2,4-dinitrobenzene was synthesized under either weak acid-binding agent or strong acid-binding agent conditions.
