摘　　要：本文基于对我国企业跨境贸易结算货币选择所做的调查问卷,利用Probit模型实证分析了影响我国企业跨境贸易结算货币选择的因素。我们发现,参与调查的企业大部分选择美元作为跨境贸易结算货币;当企业注册资本规模越大、出口量占营业收入的比重越高、主要贸易对象与公司的股权关系越紧密时,企业选择美元作为结算货币的比例越高;当为公司提供跨境贸易支付的银行是外资银行或者既有中资也有外资银行、企业生产的产品或贸易产品更趋向于技术密集型产品时,企业选择美元作为结算货币的比例越低。This paper studies the questionnaire on choice of settlement currency in cross-border trades.Then it empirically analyzes the factors affecting settlement currency choice by introducing Probit model.It finds that: most of the companies surveyed choose the U.S.dollar as cross-border trades' settlement currency; the bigger the scale of registered capital,the higher the proportion of exports to revenues,the closer the relationship between the company and its main trading partner,and only domestic banks to deal with payment in cross-border trades,the higher proportion of exports will be dominated by U.S.dollar; when foreign banks deal with the payment in cross-border trades and traded goods tend to be more technology-intensive,the proportion of exports dominated by U.S.dollar will be lower.
