摘　　要：定量吸入气雾剂(MDI)作为一种特殊的药-械组合制剂,其配方和装置发生相互作用的可能性很高,这就构成了对药物安全性的潜在威胁。因此有必要对MDI进行提取物和浸出物等方面的研究。本文借鉴药品与包装材料相容性现有的研究成果及思路,综述了MDI中提取物与浸出物及其分析方法的研究进展。As metered dose inhalers （MDIs） are special drug-device combination products,there is a high possibility of occurring the interaction between the formulation and device.Then there exists a potential threat on the drug safety.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the extractables and leachables in MDIs.On the basis of the existing research results and ideas of the compatibility study of drug and packages,the progress of extractables and leachables in MDIs as well as their analytical methods is reviewed in this paper.
