摘 要:详细介绍了特种零件内孔密封槽的加工检测技术。内孔密封槽密封介质为氮气,零件的密封性要求比常规液体密封高很多,即零件的尺寸精度要求很高。主要介绍特种零件密封槽的加工方式、刀具设计、检测方式及检具设计等。通过实际加工试验,证明内孔密封槽加工检测技术可行。通过对前期技术准备及工艺试验不仅证明技术可行,而且还可以将此方案应用于其余类似结构的加工。Detail explanations are given on manufacturing special-purposed products ,inner bore seal groove .Since the sealing me-dium of this product is nitrogen ,the requirement of sealing for work piece is much higher than conventional liquid sealing and this also challenges accuracy requirement .This essay mainly explains the processing method ,tooling layout ,testing method and chec-king fixture design of the inner bore seal groove .Then machining tests were carried out to testify the technological process ,which witness the success of the technological process .The preparatory work and the process tests prove the availability as well as its ap-plication to other similar work pieces .
