摘  要:设计了一种适于立体车库用的汽车存取装置,分析了该装置的结构特点与工作原理,该装置安装并行走于双面立体停车库之间的轨道之上,水平行走机构和垂直提升机构用以实现目标车位的寻找,采用液压伸缩楔块实现汽车存取装置架体与车库体的刚性化连接,由齿轮齿条驱动的载车平台来实现存取装置与目标车位的车辆传递,液压驱动的横向收放机构可以实现活动平台在汽车底部的进出,采用由差动螺旋驱动的滚靴来实现对车辆的托起和安放。经分析和研究表明:这种存取装置将车辆存取的所有动作都集中在了一起,大大简化了停车库的结构并降低了车库成本,特别适合于大型立体车库车辆的双向快速存取,能够使立体车库更为紧凑。A kind of vehicle access device for stereo garage is designed. Structural characteristics and working principle is analysed. This devise is installed and moved on the track in double sides stereo garage. Its level walking mechanism and vertical lift- ing mechanism is used look for paking spot of target. The hydraulic pressure retract xie is used realize the rigidity link between frame of vehicle access device and garage body. The moved plateform by rack gear drived is used realize vehicle hand down between access device and paking spot of target. The hydraulic horizontal retract mechanism is used realize to the access moved plateform get in and out from the car under. The roll boot by the differential screw drived is used to raised and put down of the car. Through the analysis to the study indicate that this kind of access device concentrated all actions the vehicle accessed to get together, greatly simplified structure of garage and reduced the cost, is particularly suitable for the two-way access quickly of the large-scale three-dimensional garage vehicles, and can make the three-dimensional garage more compact.
