摘  要:在常规的隔热值概念和服装隔热性能研究中,1件服装的隔热值被认为是唯一且固定的,而且服装穿着方式的改变会导致服装传热方式和大小的变化。将着装方式导致的改变归纳为3个关联因子:服装对人体的覆盖面积、服装开口以及服装表面积变化率,确定了相应的表征指标和测量方法,从单因子影响和多因子交互影响等角度,比较分析了着装方式的3个关联因子对服装隔热性能的影响。结果表明:面积覆盖率与服装热阻呈显著正相关,通风指数与服装热阻呈显著负相关;在着装方式改变的过程中,面积覆盖率对服装隔热性能的调节作用影响最大,表面积变化率影响最小。In the conventional concept and studies,the thermal resistance of a piece of clothing is considered as unique and fixed.Actually,the change of clothing's wearing methods will result in the change of heat transfer ways and quantity through clothing.Three associated factors were extracted from the wearing methods change in this paper,including body surface area coverage (BSAC),clothing openings or ventilation index(VI) and clothing surface area change rate(AR).The corresponding indices and measuring proposals for these three factors were also determined.Correlation analysis of both single factor and multi-factors were conducted to compare the effects and interactive effects of the three factors on clothing thermal insulation properties.It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between BSAC and thermal insulation,whereas a significant negative correlation between VI and thermal insulation.In the process of wearing method change,BSAC contributed the greatest and AR contributed the least to the clothing thermal insulation change.
