新重商主义与美元霸权的失落

摘　　要：金融危机爆发后,各国难以摆脱重商主义"治国之策"。美国在新自由主义外衣下,推行新重商主义政策,从贸易争端发展到汇率争执,变换实施美元霸权,掠夺世界财富。由于过分脱离实体经济,美元霸权缺乏生产性支撑,美元债务信用不断自贬,导致美元霸权失落,美国新重商主义必然走上荷兰式衰落之路。长期来看,马克思主义揭示的资本衰亡规律,依旧深刻而富有生命力。中国应当摆脱美国新重商主义在贸易和汇率上的纠缠,强化內部市场,走可持续发展道路。After the outbreak of the financial crisis, the international community is still very difficult to get rid of mercantilism ＂statecraft＂. Under the guise of neo-liberalism, the American implements neo-mercantilist policies, and plunder the world＇s wealth, and transform implementation of financial hegemony from the trade-disputes to the exchange rate. Due to the excessively separated from the real economy, American dollar＇ s financial hegemony lack of production-support, and the credit of its＇ debt constantly descended, leading to the loss of financial hegemony, the United States inevitably run on neo-mercantilist road of Dutch-decline. In the long run, capitalism-decline law revealed by Marxist, still be imbued of deep vitality. China should get rid of disputes from U. S. neo-mercantilist entangled in trade and exchange rates, and should take the road of sustainable development in strengthening the internal market.
