室间质评弱阳性标本结果调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过参加室间质评对质评数据进行分析，不断提高实验室检测系统的准确性和可靠性。方法本实验室2011～2012年和2013年参加卫生部临检中心室间质评弱阳性标本不同检测试剂S／CO值进行对比分析。结果2011～2012年检测综合结论符合率100％，但出现一遍试剂漏检情况。个别标本国产试剂的检测结果S／CO值超过＋2S。在2013年的室问质评中未出现漏检及检测结果超出＋2S情况。结论2013年的室间质评取得满意的结果，血站开展室间质评工作非常必要。Objective By taking part in External Quality Assessment （EQA） data analysis,to continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of laboratory detection system. Methods 2011 to 2013 test results of National laboratory External Quality Assessment （EQA） weakly positive samples with different detection reagent S/Co value were comparatively analyzed. Results In 2011 and 2012 the total coincidence rate was 100%, but there were some false negative results. The S/CO value of individual samples tested by.domestic reagents exceeded ＋ 2S. The cases of undetected and the results exceeding ＋ 2SD did not appear in the External Quality Assessment of 2013. Conclusion Good EQA results were obtained in 2013, and par- ticipating in the EQA was very necessary.
