摘 要:目的了解西藏藏族人群RhCE、MNS、Duffy、Kell、Dombrock、Diego、Kidd、Scianna、Colton和Lutheran 10个红细胞血型系统的基因多态性特点。方法采用PCR-SSP方法对409名西藏藏族RhD(+)献血者10个血型系统进行基因分型。结果西藏藏族人群RHCE血型系统基因频率为:C=0.573 3,c=0.426 7,E=0.365 5,e=0.634 5;MNS血型基因频率为:M=0.680 9,N=0.319 1,S=0.146 7,s=0.853 3;Duffy血型Fya和Fyb的基因频率分别为0.921 8,0.078 2;Dombrock血型基因频率为:Doa=0.1504,Dob=0.849 6;Diego血型基因频率为:Dia=0.034 2,Dib=0.965 8;Kidd血型基因频率为:Jka=0.551 3,Jkb=0.448 7;血型基因频率为:Coa=0.997 6,Cob=0.002 4;Lutheran血型系统基因频率为:Lua=0,Lub=1.000 0;Aua=0.910 8,Aub=0.089 2。409名献血者Kell血型和Scianna血型均为纯合子,基因型为k/k和Sc1/Sc1。结论西藏藏族人群RhCE、MNS、Kidd和Dombrock血型系统具有其独特的分布特点;Duffy、Diego、Lutheran和Colton血型系统基因分布与国内其他人群相似;Kell、Scianna呈单态性分布,符合中国人群分布特点。Objective To investigate gene polymorphism of the RhCE, MNS, Duffy, Kell, Dombrock, Diego, Kidd, Scianna, Cohon and Lutheran blood group systems in Tibet Tibetans. Methods The genotypes of ten blood groups of 409 RhD-positive samples from Tibet Blood Center were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP). Results The gene frequencies of ten blood group systems were as follows :RHCE: C = 0. 573 3,c = 0. 426 7, E = 0. 365 5, e =0. 634 5 ;MNS:M =0. 680 9,N=0. 319 1 ,S =0. 146 7 ,s =0. 853 3;Duffy:Fy^a =0. 921 8 ,Fy^b =0. 078 2 ; Dombroc:Do^a = 0. 150 4, Do^b = 0. 849 6 ; Diego : Di^a = 0. 034 2, Di^b = 0. 965 8, Kidd: Jk^a = 0. 551 3, Jk^b = 0. 448 7 ; Colton : Co^a = 0. 997 6, Co^b =0. 002 4 ; Lutheran : Lu^a = 0 , Lu^b = 1. 0000 ; Au^a =0. 910 8 ,Au^b =0. 089 2;Kell and Scianna blood groups in all samples were both homozygous,the frequencies of k and Scl were 100%. Conclusion In Tibet,the distribution characteristics of RhCE, MNS, Kidd and Dombrock blood group systems in Tibetans have uniqueness. Meanwhile, Duffy, Diego, Lutheran and Cohon have similar distribution characteristics with those of other populations in China. And the distribution characteristics of Kell, Scianna are consistent with which in Chinese population.
