摘　　要：目的探讨不同渗透浓度磷酸盐液(PB)制备血影细胞的质量评价标准。方法用不同渗透浓度PB处理健康人新鲜全血(室温保存时间<4h),制备血影细胞。并对其形态、抗原性、血红蛋白清除率和血影细胞回收率等指标进行检测,建立血影细胞质量评价体系。结果 pH7.4、20 mmol/L PB制备的血影细胞形态较好,ABO血型系统及RhD抗原性不受影响,血红蛋白清除率为(86.33%±3.29%,n=30),血影细胞回收率为(24.89%±1.40%,n=30)。结论通过对细胞形态、抗原性、血红蛋白清除率和血影细胞回收率的分析,有利于全面评价血影细胞的质量。用pH7.4、20mmol/L PB制备的血影细胞质量较好。Objective To investigate the evaluation standard of quality of ghost cells prepared with different concentrations of phosphate buffered solution （PB）. Methods Whole blood samples from healthy people stored at room temperature for less than 4h were washed by PB with different concentrations to make ghost cells. The morphology of cells, antigenieity,of cells,Hb clearance rate, and the recovery rate of ghost cells were examined to establish the quality evaluation system of ghost cells. Results The ghost cells prepared with PB （ pH 7.4,20 mmol/L） kept complete morphological strcture and antigenici- ty of ABO and RhD blood system. The Hb clearance rate was （86.33% ± 3.29% ,n = 30）. The recovery rate of ghost cells was （24.89% ± 1.40% ,n = 30）. Conclusion The quality of ghost cells can be evaluated comprehensively by examining the morphology of cells, antigenieity of cells, Hb clearance, rate and the recovery rate of ghost cells,. The quality of ghost ceils prepared by PB （pH 7.4,20 mmol/L） was the best.
