不同原料血制备洗涤红细胞的比较

摘　　要：目的比较使用去白膜和未去白膜的2种悬浮红细胞制备洗涤红细胞的质量。方法选取保存期内的2U悬浮红细胞60袋,随机分为2组(30袋/组),分别用去白膜悬浮红细胞和未去白膜悬浮红细胞制备洗涤红细胞,检测洗涤红细胞的白细胞、Hb、游离Hb、上清液蛋白、溶血率、血小板含量并进行比较分析。结果 2种悬浮红细胞制备的洗涤红细胞均在新国标范围内,其未去白膜洗涤红细胞白细胞、Hb、血小板含量分别为(1 079.14±276.53)×106/袋、(52.00±5.19)g/袋、(0.54±0.91)×1010/袋,去白膜洗涤红细胞白细胞、Hb、血小板含量分别为(50.98±28.90)×106/袋、(41.10±4.22)g/袋、(0.008 2±0.011)×1010/袋,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2种洗涤红细胞中游离Hb、溶血率、上清液蛋白含量(P>0.05)。结论 2种悬浮红细胞制备的洗涤红细胞均符合新国标要求,去白膜组制备的洗涤红细胞其白细胞及血小板含量更低于未去白膜组。Objective To compare the quality of washed red blood cells （washed RBCs） prepared frombuffy-coat poor red blood cells（ RBCs）and RBCs contain buffy coat. Methods 60 bags of 2U RBCs during preservation were randomly di- vided into 2 groups（n = 30）. Washed RBCs were prepared frombuffy-coat poor RBCs in one group and from RBCs contain buffy coat in another group. The level of white blood cells（ WBCs）, hemoglobin（ Hb）, plasma free hemoglobin（FHb） ,supernatant protein, platelets and the rate of hemolysiswere measured. Results The level of WBCs, Hb and platelets in buffy coat group were respectively （ 1 079.14 ± 276.53 ） × 10^6/bag （52.00 ±5.19 ） g/bag and （0.54 ± 0. 91 ） × 10^10/bag, while the levels were （50.98 ±28.90） × 10^6/bag, （41.10 ±4.22 ） g/bag and （0.008 2 ± 0.011 ）× 10^10/bag in buffy-coat poor group. The differences between these 2 groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences in FHb and supernatant protein and the rate of hemolysis were not statistically significant between these 2 groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The washed RBCs prepared from buffy-coat poor RBCs and from RBCs contain buffy coat all meet the national standard. The levels of WBCs and platelets in buffy-coat poor group were lower than those in the buffy coat group.
