摘　　要：目的研究血库指数的应用效果。方法分析血液中心与14家中心血站之间的血液互调;血液采集中预约献血增加状况;临床用血与血站预分配用血之间的差别。结果血库指数运行前后有血液的采集量和库存量有一定的差别,临床与血站之间血液预约的差别明显缩小。结论基于"血库指数"的信息反馈系统,有利于保障血液合理供应。Objective To study the effect of applying the blood bank index. Methods The deployment of blood between blood center and 14 center blood stations were analyzed. The differenee between the amount of blood aetually used and the amount of blood pre-alloeated by center blood stations were analyzed. Results The differenees between acquisition and inventory of blood were different before and after applying the blood bank index. The difference of blood appointments between the clinics and blood stations were significantly reduced. Conclusion By applying the blood bank index ,we could guarantee the reasonable deployment of blood.
